Ten Montague property deeds recorded since late August; prices posted for three so far
Ten Montague property deeds were recorded between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only three so far: $50,000, $100,000 and $950,000, a median of $100,000 among those three. The period's top recorded sale was 196 Millers Falls Rd. at $950,000, sold by Millers Falls Road LLC to Turner Falls LLC. Millers Falls Road and Norman Circle each saw two transfers. The remaining seven transactions have not yet shown a price in registry data, which is typical for recently recorded deeds rather than a sign prices were withheld. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on overall market direction.
