Montague Records 11 Property Transfers While Most Sale Prices Await Registry Update
Montague recorded 11 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, 12 Federal St at $320,990, has a sale price on file so far; prices for the other 10 are expected in the registry within about a week. Taylor Hill Road saw three transfers, the most of any street this period, and Montague Street saw two. Several deeds involved banks or mortgage companies as seller or buyer, including Greenfield Savings Bank on three transfers, while two others reflected transfers within the same family or into a living trust. With price data limited to a single transaction, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the available data.
