Montague recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with prices ranging from $10,955 to $372,000 and a median of $30,000 among the seven sales with listed prices; three transfers have no price yet on record. The month's highest-priced sale was 4 Davis Street at $372,000, sold by Dorian and Jessica Lynn Solarski to HMA Mortgage and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. More than half of the recorded buyers were banks, credit unions or mortgage-related entities rather than individual purchasers, and Davis Street, Fairway Avenue and Federal Street each had two separate filings. The data shows a mix of transaction types rather than a uniform snapshot of typical home sales.
