The top recorded sale was 62 Seventh St. at $300,000, sold by Jaime Ann Young to Greenfield Savings Bank. Hillside Road and Old Stage Road each saw two transfers during the period. A bank or credit union was named as buyer or seller in 10 of the 14 deeds. Most transfers -- 11 of 14 -- did not include a recorded sale price, limiting the scope of price-trend analysis for the month.
