Montague Deed Filings Show Wide Price Gap, Many Bank-Involved Sales
Montague recorded 13 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, but only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,500 to $400,000 with a median of $90,000. No street had more than one recorded sale this period, and no bed, bath, square footage or property-type data was available from the registry records.
